While all of the Caped Crusader's rogues' gallery has been revamped time and again, few have evolved quite so much as Selina Kyle. She was created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger.

The Cat, as she was initially called, can be traced all the way back to 'Batman' #1 in 1940.
